To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and maintain the efficiency of our schedule, we have established the following Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Please read it carefully before booking your appointment.
We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of a prepaid session (if part of a package).
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and could incur a fee or session deduction.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a "No-Show."
In case of a no-show:
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment or may need to reschedule your appointment.
In such cases, the appointment may be considered a no-show or late cancellation.
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to attend due to a medical or family emergency, please inform us as soon as possible.
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management upon review of the situation.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through call, email or just by visiting us.
Missed appointments or late cancellations for prepaid sessions or packages will be counted as used sessions and will not be refunded or replaced.
We encourage clients to plan ahead and adhere to scheduled appointments.
Derma Puritys reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, equipment failure, etc.).
In such cases, we will inform you at the earliest and reschedule at your convenience.
