Payments for consultations, single sessions, or treatment packages are non-refundable. All completed treatments are not entitled to a refund regardless of the outcomes, which may vary due to the client's skin type, skin condition, and response. If you are dissatisfied with your service experience, please reach out to our clinic directly to discuss your concerns.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a client is unable to complete a package due to a medical reason or other genuine cause, a partial refund may be considered, subject to:
Unused sessions can be rescheduled within the validity period of the package (usually 3 to 6 months, depending on the package).
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all skincare product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any cosmetic or dermatological products once sold.
